Established in 1991, TOTAL is a Management Consulting Firm offering services to clients in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors around the world. In our long history of service provision, we have gone the extra mile of not only guiding our clients to set standards, with also working with International Organizations to SET them. Since 1991, we worked extensively in developing ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 26000 and Speed and Agility framework. We follow a holistic, multi stakeholder, systematic, technology enriched, and socially responsible approach and utilize “Performance Improvement” and the “Process Approach” in each of the services we provide. We are much concerned with "Innovation", "Business Improvement" and “Technology” and are actively preoccupied with issues of Green Environment, Clean and Renewable Energy, and Recycling on the basis of the Social Responsibility to achieve principles of Sustainability.
