TOTAL Consultancy provides technical assistance in analyzing management, technical, and vocational training needs. TOTAL has acquired great experience across a broad spectrum of training and learning design and delivery, specifically, the design and implementation of training needs assessments and relevant surveys, in management, technical, and vocational fields. TOTAL field expert consultants command strong abilities in the design of TNA tools; the development of methodologies for the training needs assessment, as well as conducting diagnosis and analysis. TOTAL has undertaken management, technical, and vocational training needs assessments, and has also developed technical training proposals and training programs for a broad spectrum of business firms, expatriate companies and government institutions. TOTAL is very much concerned with business improvement and is engaged in assisting companies towards satisfying requirements of ISO 10015 Quality Management-Guidelines for Training, among other international standards of the ISO 9000 series.
